Groupified....:)

There was a time when we had basic mobile phones in which we used to create a group of ten people and forward messages. We used to forward only good and important messages in that group because each messages would cost us or the fear of exceeding limit for the day would make us use it effectively.
Then there came Whatsapp and with it the trend of messaging changed. Though there are also other few more messaging apps and messengers, whatsapp is dominating all.
Initially when it was introduced we could create a group with 10 odd people in it. It was fun, and during my college days only few people have android and Symbian phones whose phone could support Whatsapp in it. Later many changed to android and we need to create 2-3 groups giving names similar to first and pass the same message in it.
Later the number of members was increased to 50. By this time we had various groups and the bonding between people increased. To be in touch with school friends we had a school group, and such as we had family, train, party, society, bus, trek, and various other groups.
This created a new form of friends called 'same group friends!' or mutual friends, where two people were connected without wish or any relation. There was no bar to chat unless one person blocks the other.
Once in one of my train groups, one guy posted, 'Happy birthday Karthik!' Without a second thought and wasting no minute, all in the group started greeting Karthik, till the person who posted in the first told,' I had mistakenly posted in this group, rather than posting it in family group. Karthik is my cousin.'
Now the group strength has been increases to 256. Don't know all the sequences one need to face.
Whatsapp has made us addict to messaging. But one boon is that we are still in touch with all our old friends whether its college or school and the person who used to be getting pulled since college, still is getting pulled out for his stupidity. Also we are abled to pass any of the important messages in a quicker and smarter way.
